Community Radio for the Mad River Valley
 WMRW-LP is community Radio for the Mad River Valley in Vermont,
striving to inform, entertain, involve, educate, and connect the diverse community
through independent non-commercial, volunteer, free format radio programming.
WMRW-LP is licensed through Rootswork, a local grassroots non-profit organization
devoted to promoting sustainable agriculture and community. WMRW was started
in 2003 when the FCC awarded Rootswork a permit to build a low-power FM (LPFM)
station at an old schoolhouse. WMRW's signal reaches Warren, Waitsfield, Fayston
and Moretown Vermont. They also extend their reach to subscribers via Waitsfield
Cable and hope to stream their signal on the web as soon as possible.
