DARFUR DAIRIES:MESSAGE FROM HOME David Morse interviews activist Jen Marlowe about her filmJanuary 10, 2007. Co-Produced by: Dori Smith and David Morse at FM 91.7 WHUS , at the University of Connecticut, in Storrs, CT David Morse has been writing about Darfur for Salon, Alternet and Tom Dispatch. He visited Sudan in 2005 and has been writing about the conflict in Darfur for two years. He interviewed Jen Marlowe to ask her questions about her film, "Darfur Diaries, Message from Home." Marlowe worked on the film with Adam Shapiro and Aisha Bain. We hear her describe what it was like to film Darfur Diaries and discuss the difficulties the team had gaining attention from the media.
