This week's Sprouts features one installment of Pacifica Radio's weekly election-time special series covering important issues of the American political theater. Mitch Jesserich from FSRN and WBAI-Pacifica in New York hosts the program. This edition of Informed Dissent addresses the issue of Constitutional protections in our democracy.

"Dried Shitake Theater of the Future's" satirical nostalgic dialogue on life with Constitutional protection.

Chip Pitts, former executive director of Amnesty International USA on international and moral dimensions of American rule.

Informed Dissent is coordinated and sponsored by Pacifica Radio and produced by people from community media all over the country. Executive producer is Otis Maclay.
