KSKQ-LP, in Ashland Oregon, is non-partisan, community radio in the making,
with an emphasis on hearing all community voices. Voices will will range from
local news to gardening shows, local music, shows produced by kids, Spanish-language
programs, and much more. Their mission is to empower local community through
inclusive programming that frames community issues, creates local own media
and advances understanding and social change through dialogue. They will be
exploring new formats for collective management of the station and local programming
is being developed that will contrast and compare with national (Pacifica) programming.
